Bridging the Great Divide: Strengthening Trust between Management and Employees

Healthy relationships between management and employees is a pillar in fostering a lean culture. This session focuses on understanding the behaviors that build (or erode) trust between the two groups. A new trust behaviors framework in an organizational setting will be shared that compliments the trust repair model presented at last year’s lean conference.

Dr. Wendy Fraser believes in and mentors the collective wisdom in an organization by capitalizing upon the talents of people. She fosters and builds capacity by strengthening human relationships and systems so groups and organizations thrive. She brings fresh approaches with a flare of humor and gets results. Wendy has been using Lean Six Sigma and other performance improvement methodologies for 27 years in the public sector. She holds a doctorate and three masters degrees. She consults with public, private and non-profit organizations both in the United States and abroad and teaches with the University of Washington-Tacoma Black Belt and Certified Public Manager Programs and Saint Martin's University's MBA program. In addition, Wendy has been honored as an international humanitarian with her work in developing leadership capacity in youth around the world.
