“Learning is a journey. There’s no end to continuous improvement.”

Kathy Chapman comes to us from the Washington State Department of Health, where she worked for 23 years. Her most recent work focused on mapping office-wide processes for organizational change, coaching and supporting staff to improve their work, and delivering problem solving training to agency staff. Kathy is curious, loves the outdoors, learned to speak fluent Spanish as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala, and has been known, on occasion, to do a cartwheel in the hallway. :)
