Design Thinking

Like Lean, Design Thinking is one method found in the broader continuous improvement toolbox. Design Thinking is an iterative process used by teams to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.

Continuous improvement is a priority for the state and Results Washington remains committed to this work. In 2021, Results Washington will explore how we can best support our state agency partners while also furthering continuous improvement in state government. In the meantime, we are pausing on our Design Thinking work as we assess our role and agency partner needs in the continuous improvement space.
