Jessica Dang works as a Senior Design Strategist for Results Washington. In this role, Jessica is committed to “make government more human” using design thinking, human-centered design, and behavioral insights principles and tools. She has served two Washington governors throughout her tenure, advising on a range of topics from economic vitality to government efficiency. Since 2011, she has worked with executive leaders across state government to influence performance and policy to improve outcomes for Washingtonians. Prior to that, she worked for 10 years at the Washington State Department of Revenue, where she served as a process improvement, performance management and communications consultant.

A self-professed “creative,” and student of all things design, Jessica loves to work with leaders and line staff alike to think differently about their biggest challenges.  A life-long Olympian, Jessica enjoys a five-minute commute to work and spending time with her family.
