Public Performance Reviews
New Public Performance Review Process
Results Washington is refocusing its efforts toward partnering with state agencies on complex, cross-enterprise projects. Our goal is to develop a process that fosters partnership and focuses on the outcomes that matter to state agencies, the Governor, and ultimately the state of Washington. For more detailed information regarding these changes please check out this video from September 2020 or these slides from February 2021.

Previous Results Reviews
Results Washington convened the Governor and his leadership for monthly Results Reviews. These 90-minute meetings were open to the public and often televised by TVW. They enabled state leadership to hear directly from Washingtonians and discuss barriers and improvement strategies to achieve better results for Washingtonians. The discussions incorporated a review of performance measures, data and the voice of the customer to help leaders understand the problems and potential solutions.
