Tammy joined the Governor’s Office in June 2011. As the Governor’s Performance Audit Liaison, she enjoys fostering the performance audit process to help improve state government. As a member of Results Washington and its predecessor, she also helped develop performance measures and helped to build the strategy and plan to adopt Lean thinking and cultural change in Washington state government.

Before joining the Governor’s Office, she served 15 years at multiple state government agencies, helping with communications management and organization and change readiness.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Tumwater with her husband and two sons.
