2.1.b: Decrease percentage of children in Division of Children and Family Services out-of-home placement 5 years or more from 4.5% in January 2015 to 4% by July 2017

2.1.c: Maintain the percentage of emergent Child Protective Services intakes who are seen by a social worker within 24 hours of intake at or higher than 98.5% through July 2017

2.2.a: Increase the percent of animal health trace events completed within 24 hours from 73% in 2012 to 100% by 2020

2.2.b: Increase percentage of high-risk food processing facilities successfully completing risk-based inspections from 92% to 95% by 2020

2.3.d: Increase percentage of adult offenders who are employed post-release from 30% to 40% by 2017

2.3.e: Decrease rate of violent infractions in prison from 1.0 to 0.90 per 100 offenders by 2017

2.5.a: Decrease rate of extremely serious worker injuries that lead to death from 2.5 per 100,000 full-time workers to 2.0 per 100,000 full-time workers by 2020

2.5.b: Decrease the rate of extremely serious worker injuries that lead to hospitalizations from 26 per 100,000 full-time workers to 22 per 100,000 full-time workers by 2020

2.5.c: Decrease injury rate from traumatic injuries in manual logging from 38 per 100 full-time equivalent workers in 2012 to 20 per 100 full-time equivalent workers by 2020

3.1.b: Increase percentage of working-age adults with developmental disabilities in employment and day programs who are employed from 65.2% in December 2014 to 66% by July 2017

3.1.c: Decrease the number of homeless people from the anticipated increase to 25,221 in 2018 (due to rising rents) to 24,222 by 2020 ***

3.1.d: Decrease the number of homeless veterans from 1,484 to 1,187 (20%) by 2020

3.1.e: Increase percentage of people housed by homeless housing system who were unsheltered to 49% by 2020

3.1.f: Maintain a rate of return to homelessness that is below 12% through 2020

3.2.c: Increase the percentage of adult abuse and neglect investigations completed within 90 days (or remaining open for “good cause”) from 88.6% in Sept. 2015 to 95% by July 2017

3.2.d: Limit the backlog of non-immediate jeopardy complaint investigations for long-term care facilities from 2,154 in Sept. 2015 to 100 or fewer by July 2018
